Storims respects user privacy. You may request deletion of all personal and business data from our system at any time.
How to request data deletion
To request data deletion, please use one of the following options:
Option 1: Delete your account from the app
- Log in to your account at app.storims.com
- Go to “Settings” → “Account”
- Choose “Delete account” at the bottom of the page
- Confirm — the system will erase your data within 24 hours
Option 2: Send a request via email
- Send an email to contact@hubcom.tech
- Subject: “Data deletion request”
- Include: registered email, business name, and reason (optional)
- The Storims team will confirm via email and erase data within 24-48 business hours
Data that will be deleted
Once your request is processed, the following information is fully deleted:
- Account info: name, email, phone, password
- Business data: employees, products, customers, orders
- Transaction history and reports
- Uploaded attachments and images
- Related cookies and sessions
Data that may be retained
Some information may be retained for legal or audit purposes per Vietnamese law — e.g., e-invoices (minimum 10 years per the Accounting Law), security logs (90 days). Such data is anonymized — it cannot be linked back to you.
Impact
After deletion, you will not be able to log in with that account. Any third-party integrations (SSO, API webhook) will stop working immediately.
