Welcome to Storims! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Storims application (“Application”). By using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Application.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
User accounts
You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and limiting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
User content
The Application may allow you to upload, submit, or store content (“User Content”). You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to the Application, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Application.

The Application may integrate with or use third-party services. You acknowledge that the use of such third-party services is governed by the terms of those providers.

The Application and all of its content, including text, graphics, icons, images, and software, are the property of Storims or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Disclaimer
The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Application, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.
Termination
We may terminate your access to the Application at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. We may also remove or disable any User Content at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of laws provisions.
