The App and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Storims or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.

The App is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the App, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. We may also remove or disable any User Content at any time, for any reason.
